Political prisoners face tough inhumane conditions at Gharchak


According to the Harana News Agency, the clerical regime’s henchmen at Tehran’s Evin Prison have transferred political prisoners Kobra Banazadeh Amirkhizi and Sedigheh Moradi to Varamin’s Gharchak Prison. 

To endure more pressure Kobra Banazadeh Amirkhizi, political prisoner and a member of the Ashraf residents, who due to severe tortures and flogging with metal cables has lost most of her eye sight and is suffering from other illnesses, has been transferred to the Gharchak Prison, which bears inhumane conditions. 

Also, Sedigheh Moradi who has been given a 10 year imprisonment sentence and exile by the clerical regime’s judiciary on charges of moharbeh (enmity against God) for supporting the PMOI has been transferred to this prison.
